    Lovely service and fine views

    Every morning, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, with amazing views from our balcony, made our stay lovely.

    The pool water was surprisingly cold, making it hard for my kids to enjoy swimming as much as they wanted.

    Words will never do justice to the splendor of the facilities and the professionalism of staff in this hotel. Well done to them and I encourage them to keep it up. Good value for money.

    beautiful flower staircase, excellent outdoor nargile bar, unique evening entertainment

    Check-in process felt unnecessarily long!!! Room amenities could use a serious upgrade. Basic toiletries just don't cut it!!! A clearer layout of the facilities would help guide guests better around the hotel!!!

    Location near to other landmarks, such as Atlantis and burj al Arab, and the Turca restaurant. Assorted and marvellous breakfast with turquoise n Italian, every taste and soda and peaceful location. Early check in and late check out.

    The breakfast is great, the room is super large and very comfortable all controlled with domotics. The staff is super friendly. They have a Baskin Robins stand in the pool and some spectacular sishas.

    If you don't take advantage of the all inclusive, prices are too expensive. It's the last hotel of the line so it takes quite a while to get there and the taxi is expensive.

    its lovly hotel for relax and to enjoy most of my time in one place, all servies are available, new , cleaned. also food (breakfast) available with alot of kinds. every where can take relax. hotel recomended for relaxation.

    We had the best time during our six nights! The sunset views from the beach were amazing, and the steak restaurant was the best I've ever experienced! Abdul in housekeeping surprised us with a sweet gesture.

    The beach access is fantastic, and the kids club is an absolute hit with activities like painting and movie nights. The staff at the kids club, especially Afnan, were so friendly. A great experience for the whole family!

    My sons' family and I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant activities available for kids. The Rixy Kids Club provided endless entertainment with cooking classes and treasure hunts. The beach was pristine, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere by the pool.

    My kids wished for a coffee machine in the room.
